Streaming Membership

I've love that this workout was low impact but had me sweating. I felt sore (in a great way!) the next day. Looking forward to more!

I am really enjoying the videos! I am new to pvolve so all the moves are so different and intricate and precise - I just love how my body feels after a workout!

There are many classes to choose from. I’m starting with beginner levels and they are easy to follow. After 2 weeks I can feel my muscles developing!

I love the digital membership. I bought some of the equipment and am able to make do without some others. It’s nice to be able to participate without feeling like I have to buy everything at once. These classes have kept me moving while I work from home and are so much more fun for me to complete vs. just going to the gym. The instruction is clear and helpful, as well as the video angles. The top down view of some of the mat exercises, or when the foot placement is at an angle is extremely helpful. It’s easy to stay engaged throughout and I feel so much better after. My body is loving it!

I absolutely love Pvolve! The live classes are especially special as instructors will guide you and help you throughout the class. The vibe with the moves and the music is seriously fun!
